Father Matthew Hall & The Friary
The historic Father Matthew Hall on Church Street, Dublin 7, has lain empty and unused for several years. Restored to a three-storey office building, Crosbie Property has changed its use to offices from the former feis hall.
Originally built in 1890 by the Capuchin friars as a temperance hall dedicated to the memory of Father Mathew, the building was not in use and in poor condition throughout.
The Friary
Crosbie Property has transformed this building into a beautiful office complex comprising of three offices on each floor. Formerly The Bow Street Friary the previous occupants of this building were Capuchin Friars. The Capuchin Franciscan Friars of Ireland have had a friary in this area for over 300 years. They first settled here in 1689, building a small "Mass House" where the present Church of St. Mary of the Angels (Church Street Church) stands.
Office Now Available to Let
